Shipping: We realize the urgency of processing your order as soon as possible, and usually we process your order within 24 to 72 hours after we recieve it.
All orders are completed in the order in which they are recieved. We will strive to process your order as quick as possible, but at times due to factors such as volume of orders, and holiday season, the time in which your order is completed may be affected.
Cost of shipping will vary because of conditions such as; size, weight and final distinatin of the order.
We will used the most cost effective way to ship you order, But due to the nature of or product and postal restriction of the United States Postal service, We have to primarily offer UPS( United Postal Service) as our shipping option. Please note that any order will not have its shipping cost calculated till after it is processed. If an item is out of stock we will not charge you for it and no backorder will be done.
Return Policy:
RETURNS- Consumable merchandise is not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part.
This includes all liquid merchandise and anything potentially used on the skin such as: Fragrance oils,essential oils and bath and body products.Remember,This policy is for your benefit and protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products. With this policy in effect, you can be positive that the products you buy from us have not been contaminated by any outside sources. All other merchandise returns accepted only within 15 days of receipt. Unless our error, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns to cover any re- packaging costs, credit card fees and labor incurred.You must notify us to receive a credit return authorization # before shipping the products back to us.
